The Budapest (Őszi) Autumn Festival, dedicated to showcasing avante garde art, has already presold 25% or double the number of tickets than last year.

I haven’t yet gone through the program to choose the events I want to see, but my first cursory glance has zeroed in on a sitar concert at Trafo.
The last three minutes of a dance film was screened at yesterday’s press conference, and that looks very interesting.
A couple of items of interest: a tour of the gas works, slated for development as some type of cultural centre, is on the program, and there will be midnight concerts held in the underground station at Ferenciek ter.
