My Mother
I want to put a page about my mother on here because she is pretty amazing. First of all, she stayed with my father all those years and that wasn’t easy, what with all his ‘end the war on drugs’ campaigning. We used to get harassing phone calls about his letters to the editor and such.
Her motto: Do as much as you can for as long as you can!
To prove her point, after we had all grown up and she was in her mid-forties she took up acting and when she was 76 years old she got her professional actor’s union card.
In addition to her film and theater work, she’s done print ads over the years, and now at 80, she’s doing internet ads!
